cooking instructions:
- steaming: pour some water into a pan which the steamer can fit into. Put parchment paper(s) in the basket(s) of the steamer, place the gua baos on the parchment paper, put the steamer’s lid on, then put the steamer into the pan. Steam with boiling water for 10-15 minutes
- microwaving: place 2-3 pieces of frozen gua baos into a microwavable container, spray a small amount of water on them, then cover them with a microwavable lid, and cook with medium heat (700W) for 90-120 seconds.
- after 1. or 2., stuff the gua baos with your favourite fillings, eg: bacon, fried egg, ice cream, salad, etc.
