shipping and returns policy

  1. Delivery is 100% guaranteed or your money back.
  2. We ship to certain areas of Gauteng, according to The Courier Guy’s (TCG) delivery range (we are constantly looking for ways to expand this range, with adequate temperature control for our frozen products!). Buns, which are pre-cooked, are delivered in cardboard boxes, uncooked items are delivered in polystyrene insulation boxes.
  3. Orders over and including R1800 are delivered to all of Gauteng for free. Orders under R1800 can be delivered at a fixed rate of R130 (TCG same-day, please see point 4).
  4. “Same-day” is the type of service provided by TCG, it means the parcel will be delivered on the same day TCG collects from us. It does not mean orders will be delivered on the day they are placed.
  5. After the order is placed, we will communicate the delivery date with you within 24 hours. The delivery date is always within 7 working days from the date we receive the order.
  6. If you wish to cancel/change your order, after it has been placed and paid for, please email info@hidimsum.co.za. Other methods of communication for altered orders will not be processed. Once the order has been cancelled/changed, we will be able to refund you via our website’s payment gateway, Yoco, with their specified refund-processing charges.
  7. Refunds are not accepted once your purchase is delivered and consumed (packaging opened), unless your order is delivered in a deformed state. In that case, we require a picture of the deformed products as evidence, sent to info@hidimsum.co.za. Refunds in this case exclude shipping charges.
  8. Intact products (with unopened packaging) may be returned for a refund within 7 days after the order is placed. The client will be responsible for returning the goods to 22, Witkoppen Road, Paulshof (Yuanbao Foods). Please contact info@hidimsum.co.za for returns.
